With over 20 years of experience in belly dance, my dance journey spans a childhood love of ballet, passion for competitive ballroom, and the fun of exploration of rhythms and styles including tap, jazz, ballroom, Bollywood, hip hop, and blues.
As a yoga practitioner pursuing a certification in yoga instruction, I practice a balance of movement and reflection to foster strength, balance, and self-love. Join me to explore dance forms and discover the joy of expressing yourself through movement.

Bring on the summer fun with this immersive and creative belly dance class.
We’ll focus on learning and refining technique, boot camp style drills, and building combos with layering and movement.
This class is perfect all skill levels. New dancers will learn safe postures, shapes, and isolations while seasoned vets can perfect their poses and practice advanced technique.

Join us for any single, 1-hour summer camp class.
This pass can be used for a class that is part of a multi-class Summer camp course. Not eligible for workshops, private lessons, or choreography coaching.
Preparing for class
Trust your instincts! You know your limits.
Posture & Form: Each class begins with alignment and foundational movement.
Warm up and cool down: Gentle awakening avoids straining muscles.
Modifications are available: We’ll find accessible moves for any restrictions.
You’ll be on your feet! Get comfortable.
Bare feet are not recommended: For your safety, wear appropriate footwear.
Don’t dance in socks: Socks on slick floors are a dangerous combination.
Protect your feet: Consider supportive dance sneakers or fitted ballet slippers.
You’ll be moving! Dress for a fitness class.
Comfort & Freedom: Clothes should allow you to bend and stretch.
Visibility: Fitted clothes highlight your posture and technique.
Function over fashion: Focus on being able to move throughout the class.
You’re here to have fun! Relax and explore.
All skill levels are welcome: Take your first step or build on what you know.
